Initial Evaluation Session

  • Following on from our initial 45min consultation, we will book in for the Initial Movement Evaluation.

    Here we begin the process of addressing our concepts of theory into the practical application of movement & exercise.

    There is no obligation to purchase a membership post appointment. If you chose not to continue on the journey, then only the Initial Evaluation Session fee applies.

RELEARN INTRO

  • Take the first steps on the journey to discovering your true potential!

    The 12 Session Introduction Package allows you to experience first hand what’s included in your individual 1 on 1 PT sessions. 

    Starting with 1 × 45min PT Session per/week over the course of the first 3 months.

    In this time we will begin to uncover and address the underlying root causes of your pain and discomfort. 

    Let’s start your journey to pain free movement today! 

    Payment Plan Available:

    • 2 instalments of $990 paid over the first 2 months.

    • Set up as a direct debit bank transfer.

RELEARN 24

  • Inclusions: 

    • Access to CoachRx

    Add Ons:

    • Remote Programming Additional $77 per/week

    • 2 x Sessions per/week includes a Free Open Gym Membership at The Movement Fitness

    Payment Plan Available:

    • 4 instalments of $891 paid over the first 4 months.

    • Set up as a direct debit bank transfer.

  • Inclusions: 

    • Access to CoachRx

    • 2 x Sessions per/week includes a Free Open Gym Membership at The Movement Fitness
